Monitoring Your Heart rate is a great way to Gamify the workout to help Produce Greater Results and Have More Fun!
At iLoveKickboxing we have a large TV that can display your heart rate so that you can monitor yourself and there is a point system built in so we compete on the in class as well as the daily leader boards. Learn more about it below.
CONNECT TO THE HRM SYSTEMS USING ANT+ Chest Strap or Arm Band purchased here: https://www.accurofit.com/ilkbba/ .
CONNECT YOUR APPLE WATCH using the FLOW device purchased here: https://www.accurofit.com/ilkbba/
ALREADY HAVE A Chest Strap/Arm Band or FLOW device! Follow the below instructions on how to set it up.
How to register the Heart Rate monitor registration so it shows up on the TV:

Tips and Tricks on connecting and maximizing battery life: 1) Don't forget to put the batteries in the HRM. 2) Wet the strap while wearing. 3) The batteries will drain quickly if you leave it connected to the strap after use. Try just leaving it connected to one of the of the buttons if you want to keep the straps and the monitor together (don't know if this will also will drain the batteries yet - see picture of strap and monitor)
